Single-family house, built in 1949. 150 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 900 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (74 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Læsø

Cosy summer holiday resort with 1'800 inhabitants, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 30 km south-east from Frederikshavn. In Læsø 1 - 15 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, cinema. Wellness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Læsø saltsyderi, Kids' club Storhaven, coach tours. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Frederikshavn 30 km. Car ferry Frederikshavn - Vesterø Havn.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing, canoeing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wunderschönes sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick und vielen schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen auf den Terrassen! Es fehlte an nichts. Einziger Punkt, der etwas negativ zu bewerten ist, ist die kleine Kläranlage in der Nähe am Hafen, die man an einigen Tagen etwas gerochen hat und die auch akustisch ein wenig aufgefallen ist als unterschwelliges summendes Geräusch. Trotzdem insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!
