Location Description Læsø

Cosy summer holiday resort with 1'800 inhabitants, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 30 km south-east from Frederikshavn. In Læsø 1 - 15 km: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, cinema. Wellness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Læsø saltsyderi, Kids' club Storhaven, coach tours. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Frederikshavn 30 km. Car ferry Frederikshavn - Vesterø Havn.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing, canoeing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Haus liegt super in Nordmarken. Es sind ca. 800 m zum Strand und es ist weit genug von der zum Strand führenden Straße, das man die Fahrzeuge kaum hört. Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. In der Nähe stehen auch nicht direkt Häuser daneben, so das man keine direkten Nachbarn hat. Zum Pilzgebiet ist es auch nur ein paar Schritte, so dass man im Herbst viele Pilze (Pfifferlinge, Steinpilze, Birkenpilze u.v.m) finden kann. Als wir angekommen sind, habe ich mich auf die Terrasse gestellt und nichts, absolut nichts gehört. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie in diesem Haus garantiert.

Et dejligt hus, smukt og velindrettet omgivet af skov. Det var en oplevelse af høre natravnens snurrende stemme i sommernatten og kunne plukke kantareller lige uden for døren. Besøget på Læsø var mange store naturoplevelser og en meget imødekommende lokalbefolkning.
