Single-family house, built in 1963. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2. Terrace (45 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 1.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jerup

Small village with 600 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 7 km south from Ålbæk, 14 km north-east from Frederikshavn. In Ålbæk 7 km: supermarket, post office, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna at 14 km. Besides: pharmacy 14 km, doctor 7 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 14 km. Sights Palmestranden 12 km, Råbjerg Mile 19 km, Kids' club FunHouse Frederikshavn 11 km, lakes nearby.

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 2 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 6 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole in Frederikshavn 12 km. Minigolf 11 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Ferienhaus ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhausgebiet mit viel Wald und wunderbarem Strand. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an Ost- und Nordsee. Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können und an das Kochfeld musste man sich auch gewöhnen. Leider gab es keinen Sonnenschirm.

Wir haben uns zu zweit und im Spätsommer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich auf einem schönen, großzügigen Naturgrundstück. Es ist alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Es liegt nicht weit von einem sehr schönen Ostseestrand. Und ruckzuck ist man auch mal an der Nordsee, der riesigen Råbjerg-Wanderdüne oder in Skagen. Mit der älteren Duschecke in einem ansonsten sehr schönen Bad und des bei Wind kühlen, aber sehr schönem Wintergarten mit Esstisch kann man sich arrangieren.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war sauber. Rehe ruhten sich vor der Terasse aus. Natur pur.

Als langjähriger Dänemarkurlauber würde ich das Haus als durchschnittlich bezeichnen. Da ich die Häuser immer einschließlich Endreinigung buche, die ja bekanntlich nicht gerade günstig ist. War ich vom Zustand des Hauses schon etwas enttäuscht. Die Scheibe des Kaminofen war völlig schwarz vom Russ. Den Grill auf der Terrasse konnte man nicht benutzen. Voll verdreckt mit altem Fett und sonstigen Rückständen. In einer Schublade mit dem Tischtoaster fanden wir verschimmelte Brotkrümel. Insgesamt kein guter erster Eindruck. Dennoch haben wir bei bestem Wetter dort eine schöne und erholsame Woche verbracht. Wenn das Haus vernünftig gereinigt ist, würde ich es noch einmal buchen.
