Single-family house, built in 1954. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'800 m2. Terrace (50 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jerup

Small village with 600 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 7 km south from Ålbæk, 14 km north-east from Frederikshavn. In Ålbæk 7 km: supermarket, post office, restaurant, bar. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna at 14 km. Besides: pharmacy 14 km, doctor 7 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 14 km. Sights Palmestranden 12 km, Råbjerg Mile 19 km, Kids' club FunHouse Frederikshavn 11 km, lakes nearby.

Beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 2 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 6 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole in Frederikshavn 12 km. Minigolf 11 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht, da die Lage des Hauses sehr angenehm ist. In Kürze ist man am Strand und kann sich erholen und baden gehen oder einen Spaziergang durch den Sand genießen.

Alt i alt et dejligt sommerhus, dog var der alt for mange "nips-ting" placeret på gulvet og møblerne. Dette har gjort rengøring vanskelig for rengørings-personalet. Ulempen var også, at køkkenvinduet ikke kunne åbnes. Iøvrigt trænger badeværelses-forhænget til en udskiftning ( kunne ikke nå hele vejen rundt om brusestangen, og forhænget var også meget slidt ). Desuden trænger sengetøjet (lagner o.a.) til vask (var meget nusset). Ellers alt fint.

Hyggeligt, ældre sommerhus. Trænger til en opgradering af puder/dyner og en kærlig hånd til fx afkalkning af bruser, reparation af lampe.

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, allerdings ist es nicht sehr hoch. Mein Mann ist über 200 cm groß und musste sich ständig bücken, auch das es kein deutsches Fernsehen gab, finden wir bedauerlich. Das sind die Gründe, weshalb wir dieses Haus nicht wieder buchen werden.
