Single-family house, built in 2008. 1.2 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km. Golf course 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Ein tolles, sehr liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Bestens ausgestattet. Liegt wunderbar ruhig. Lediglich neue Matratzen wären sehr willkommen, ansonsten waren wir (zum 2. Mal) wunschlos glücklich in dem Haus und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und noch moderner als auf den Fotos eingerichtet (Stand 06/2022). Wir waren nur zu zweit im Haus, sodass der Kühlschrank für uns groß genug war, dies könnte bei Vollbelegung etwas zu klein sein. Die Terrasse und das Grundstück sind sehr schön. Das Bad ist funktional, könnte aber auch renoviert werden. An sich ein super Haus, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt! Wir werden das Haus sicher einmal wieder buchen.

Sehr geschmackvolles und modern eingerichtetes Haus. Küchenausstattung sehr gut, alles für das Kochen benötigte ist vorhanden. Das Badezimmer könnte ein upgrade, passend zum Haus gebrauchen, war aber sauber und OK, ein Upgrade ist natürlich auch immer vom eigenen Geschmack abhängig. Das Fernsehen wird derzeit immer mehr in den Ferienhäusern auf das Internet umgestellt, aber nicht jeder Streamt oder ist Chrome Cast - Kunde. Das Grundstück die Terrasse sowie die Gartenmöbel laden sehr zum Chillen und entspannen ein. Die Sackgassenlage sorgt für die nötige Ruhe, die Umgebung sowie der Weg zum Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad bequem zu erreichen.
