Single-family house, built in 1995. 500 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 1'300 m2, garden (fenced). Terrace (60 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Ein tolles Haus, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber, ordentlich, schön eingerichtet und eine tolle Zimmeraufteilung. Einzig: es ist kein eingezäuntes Grundstück im klassischen Sinne. Es gibt einen mobilen Zaun den man stecken kann und der Hund bewegt sich dann in dem Bereich.

Sehr schönes Haus und eine wunderbare Umgebung dazu. Es hat uns vom Interieur nichts gefehlt. Wald und Strand vor der Haustür laden zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Igel, Rehe und viele Singvögel haben den Aufenthalt im Garten sogar noch eine natürliche Unterhaltung geboten. Das Haus bot eine gute Startbasis für zahlreiche Ausflüge in Nordjütland.

Dejlig ferie i et skønt hus. Vi manglede ikke noget. Området er skønt, dejligt med strand og skov i gå afstand. Stille og roligt område. Vi har nydt vores ferie. Huset og Hals kan klart anbefales.
