Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2, roofed. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1992. 300 m from the sea. Private: property 1'200 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (35 m2), barbecue, children's playground. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Dejligt hus tæt på stranden. Et helt fantastisk dyreliv. Vi så kronhjorte hinder hver dag, flere gange inde i haven og havde også fornøjelsen af pindsvin.

Das Haus war schön aber die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können wie zum beispiel Betten und das Bad. Ansonsten war alles super gut. Kommen auch immer wieder nach Hou und Hals .

Vi havde en rigtig fin ferie og var meget glade for huset oh beliggenhed. Dog vil vi godt gøre opmærksom på at afstand til strand ikke er 300 mtr. - da man ikke kan gå derned direkte men skal gå ca. 700 mtr. Eller køre ca. 1 km. Desuden savnede vi en radio i huset

14.08.- 28.08.21 Schöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Pilze und Beeren gesammelt. Aber auch faul am Strand und am Haus in der Sonne gelegen. Ruhige Lage des Hauses. Einige kleinere Stellen am und im Haus müßten überarbeitet werden. Es fehlt ein Nudelsieb. Fahrräder sind fast unverzichtbar. Hals Fahrradverleih am Aalborgvej bietet einen praktischen Bring- und Holservice an. Gerne wieder. Yvonne und Frank Delmenhorst

Rigtig dejlig ferie og skønt sommerhus. Det er et virkelig hyggeligt sted. Søde udlejere som også kom en forespørgelse i møde. Det var vi virkelig glade for. Den ene seng i det store soveværelse trænger altså til udskiftning som en anden lejer skrev. Skøn ferie alt i alt. /Jakob
