Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1973. 350 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2, garden (fenced). Barbecue, children's playground (swing), parking at the house. Grocery 1.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wij (stel met hond) hebben het... Bettina L.

Wij (stel met hond) hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in dit leuke huis. Fijne indeling voor makkelijk tot 6 personen, leuke sfeer. Het was ieeetsjes langer naar het water/strand dan verwacht (+- 1km) ... en omdat onze hond niet zo ver kan lopen moesten wij alsnog elders vinden en met de auto naar de strand te gaan. Let op op het strand in Mei/juni was water erg laag aan de oostkust, dus om te kunnen zwemmen moet je aardig stukje het water in lopen. De hangmat plekken in de tuin waren FANTASTISCH - wij hadden zon maar niet warm, maar in de hangmat met een deken was ook fijn. Tuin was rondom gesloten voor de hond wat ook fijn was, ook al was de weg waar huis ligt wel heel erg rustig en met weinig verkeer en/of voorbijlopende honden. Huis werd binnen overdag wel erg warm - en toen was het nog niet warm buiten. Wij hebben airco niet aan gehad, maar die zal goed te pas komen in de zomer. Wij hebben genoten en huis is zeker een aanrader!

Das Haus steht zum Verkauf, weshalb wohl kein Wert auf Erhalt mehr gelegt wird. Haben zuvor zweimal für jeweils 14 Tage in dem Haus verbracht und sehr zufrieden gewesen. Seitdem ist das Internet abgeschafft worden, an deutschen TV-Programmen ist nur das ZDF empfangbar, die Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel sind nicht mehr vorhanden, die Jalousien an den Fenstern sind zerrissen und nicht mehr nutzbar und vieles andere ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Haus sehr verbraucht wc drecki...

Haus sehr verbraucht wc dreckig soucen klebten noch an der Küchenplatte. Backofen Wahnsinn alles verschmiert und sowas von dreckig und in der Checkliste für sauber machen steht extra drin alle Bleche usw. Sauber machen hätte gerne gesehen wer die sauber gemacht hat. Haben uns so ekelhaft gefühlt und sind deswegen auch 3 Tage vorher weg gefahren.
