Single-family house, built in 1953. 800 m from the sea. Private: property 1'583 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Ferienhaus ist extrem gut eingerichtet. Wer in dieser Küche etwas vermisst, hat seltsame Ansprüche. Terasse und Gartenmöbel mit Polster vorhanden, ebenfalls ein Sonnenschirm. Es ist ein richtig süßes "Häuschen", groß genug für 6 Personen. Leider haben nicht alle Heizkörper funktioniert (als wir ankamen, war es recht kalt und es lies sich nur der Wohnbereich heizen + der Heizkörper im Bad hat auch funtioniert). Die Beleuchtung in den Schlafzimmern ist nicht gut, teilweise defekt. Die defekten Heizkörper und Lichter sollten jedoch für die nächsten Gäste kein Problem mehr darstellen, da wir dies Sonne und Strand während unseres Aufenthaltes gemeldet haben. Die Reinigung des Hauses könnte etwas besser geregelt werden, den große Staubwolken unter den Betten sollte es nicht geben; und da ist es auch nicht angebracht zu bemerken, dass dies evt. Gäste vor uns nicht ordentlich hinterlassen haben (allgemeine Aussage von Sonne und Strand). Abschließend: dieses Haus ist perfekt, um den Norden dieses Teiles von D-nemark zu erkunden!

Denken Sie immer daran, dass es etwas gibt, mit dem Sie als Gast nicht zufrieden sind, also rufen Sie uns bitte an. Dann kommen wir sofort und lassen Fehler und Mängel beheben. Auch wenn Sie keine Wärme von den Heizkörpern bekommen, werden wir das Problem sofort lösen. Schön zu lesen, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt in Nordjütland hatten.
