House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1970. 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (20 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: table football, trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. Golf course 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wir (Zwei Erwachsene, ein 7-jähriges Kind) haben zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus im Helbrechtskær verbracht. Das Haus ist in einer großen Ferienhauskolonie zwischen Hals und Huo gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Zum hervorragenden Bisnap-Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Trotz etwas exponierterer Lage war es ruhig und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Einzig die Baustelle auf dem Nachbargelände hat den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt, hier wurde aber während unseres Urlaubs nicht gearbeitet, worüber wir erleichtert waren. Das Gelände rund um das Haus ist sehr groß und es gibt viele tolle Spiel- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder, die alle in gutem Zustand waren (großes Trampolin, Kicker, Schaukel). Das Haus ist selbst ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, wirkte teilweise aber auch etwas unaufgeräumt. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, einige Utensilien (Schöpfkelle, Reibe) fehlten aber oder waren in schlechtem Zustand (Sieb). Nicht zufrieden waren wir mit der oberflächlichen Reinigung des Hauses bei Ankunft. Dies haben wir bei Sonne & Strand angemerkt, so dass unmittelbar eine erneute Reinigung vorgenommen wurde. Generell war der Service von Sonne & Strand immer sehr freundlich und es wurde auf alle Fragen oder Anmerkungen schnell reagiert.
