Single-family house, built in 1935. 50 m from the sea. Private: property 1'300 m2. Terrace (70 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist unübertrefflich (Keine fünf Minuten und man ist am Strand). Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr umfangreich (Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc in vielfacher Ausführung vorhanden). Das Haus hat wenig Abnutzungsspuren und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider waren weder der Kamin noch der Grill geleert und es war etwas sandig als wir ankamen. Auf dem Bettaufleger sind Flecken gewesen. Aber dieses Haus ist ein wahrer Schatz und sehr empfehlenswert.
