Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 6 m2, roofed. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1964. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'250 m2. Terrace (15 m2), barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sauna, washing machine. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Ferienhaus wurde in einem sauberen Zustand entgegengenommen. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung sowohl mit einer Waschmaschine als auch einer Spülmaschine sowie eines Wäscheständers. Geschirr ist auch vorhanden und auch in einem guten Zustand gewesen. Ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele waren auch im Inventar enthalten. Das Wohn-, und Schlafzimmer waren auch gemütlich ausgestattet, die vorhandenen Betten im Elternschlaf-, u. Kinderzimmer waren weich. Kissen und Decken waren vorhanden. Schade fanden wir nur, das sich die Tür vom Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse sich nicht öffnen ließ, wollte man auf die Terrasse, musste man immer drum herum gehen. Das WC war recht klein gehalten, große stabile Personen würden sich hier sehr wahrscheinlich nicht wohlfühlen, da man auf ca 1,50m x 1,50m eine dusche, ein WC und ein Waschbecken vorfindet. Im großen und ganzen war es eine wirklich gute Ferienwohnung. Eine weiterempfehlen können wir hier herzlichst Ausprechen.
