Single-family house, built in 1974. 1.3 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Terrace (15 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Haus ist als einfach besch... Andreas S.

Das Haus ist als einfach beschrieben, man sollte lieber uralt und verbraucht schreiben. Beide Sofas sind komplett durch, sitzen vorm TV, wenn der Empfang mal da war wegen Regen, oder weil einer vorm Schrank lang gegangen ist, ging nur mit Rückenschmerzen. Das ganze Haus riecht nach alt, nicht der typische Ferienhausgeruch, sondern alter Muff, man kann schon schlecht schlafen in den Betten in Dänemark, aber wenn man wach wird wegen dem Geruch den zig alte Bücher im Schlafzimmer verströmen, das geht gar nicht. Ansonsten ist das Haus wirklich sehr sehr klein und der Garten ist sehr schön. Es liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedling etwas weiter entfernt vom Strand. Unser Fazit…. Das Haus ist viel zu teuer für die Ausstattung.

Dejlig lukket have og huset fu... Pia K.

Dejlig lukket have og huset fungerer selvom det er lille. Mange stier forbinder vejene i området. Dejligt m kun 5 min. Køre tur til god brugs. Men stranden skal man køre efter eller cykle. Men bøvlet at komme ned til stranden PGA. Bredt stykke m. Siv og sump. Til gengæld er Strand lækker og børnevenlig. Hals er hyggelig lille by. Udsteder på restauranter er gæstfri mht. At tage hund med. Sengene kunne godt være bedre. Men dejlige terrasser og go have. Og hunde venligt.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie Dog lidt trælse senge, og vi måtte tørre lidt støv af da vi kom. Alt om alt er det et dejligt hus for hele familien !:)
