Single-family house, built in 2008. 700 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Absolute Empfehlung für dieses Objekt . Besonders die Sauberkeit sticht ins Auge . Auch das Platzangebot überzeugt .Das Grundstück ist angenehm groß und lädt zum Entspannen und Spielen ein .

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet, die Ausstattung ist okay. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad haben eine gute Größe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Deutsches Fernsehen hat man nur über Nertflix, Disney+, oder wenn man sich ein Streaming Programm mit deutschen Sendern herunter läd. Das Großzügige Grundstück mit zwei Terrassen lädt zum grillen entspannen und spielen ein. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Fint hus med stort uteområdet. Støy fra bilveien som ligger rett ved, men ikke veldig forstyrrende. Vi hadde med sykler og syklet rundt i nærområdet. Veldig fint område. 3. gang vi ferierer i hals/hou og vi kommer nok igjen.

Et dejligt hus med mange gode ting til børnefamilien. De udendørs legeting ligger lige ud til vejen, de burde være i baghaven.
