Single-family house, built in 1980. 950 m from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden. Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.9 km. Golf course 5.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Sehr angenehme und ruhige Wohngegend, auch mit Hund. Viel Platz auf den Terrassen! Auf der östlichen Seite(Küchenterrasse) befindet sich ein Durchgang, welcher aber gut geschützt ist. Aber, schau dir das Haus bei der Ankunft von innen und außen ganz genau an und dokumentiere alles, ggfs. ruf die Servicenummer an, wenn du mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden bist, gerade wenn du die Endreinigung selbst machst!!! Mit Hund ca. 20 Min. zum schmalen Sandstrand! (Über die Hauptstrasse) Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in Hou. Da bekommst du aber auch alles! Schönen Urlaub
