Single-family house, built in 2008. 900 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'297 m2. Terrace (33 m2). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Unsere Tage in diesem schönen, gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Haus in idyllischer, ruhiger Lage waren wirklich großartig. In der Umgebung ist viel Natur und kilometerlanger Strand, der nicht so überlaufen ist. Der Ort ist ruhig und gemütlich. Das Haus selbst ist in einem guten, gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Betten sind richtig bequem. Schwierig war nur, dass der Anbieter nicht zu erreichen war als wir ankamen, so dass wir Mängel nicht mitteilen konnten. Die Terassentür konnte leider nicht abgeschlossen werden. Auch erschloss sich uns nicht, ob wir nun bei Abreise die Fenster von innen und außen putzen mussten, da dies offenbar im Vorfeld nicht passiert war. Überall waren Spinnenweben. Trotz dieser Punkte war die Buchung absolut prima. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu fünft und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde das Haus jedoch nicht für 8 Personen anbieten da die Nische im Wohnzimmer wohl die Betten 7&8 sein sollen. Die Schaukel auf dem ersten Bild existiert nicht mehr, das ist sehr schade, denn es war mir ein Entscheidungsgrund für dieses Haus.
