Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1984. 1 km from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'105 m2, garden (fenced). Terrace (20 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.das Haus hätte alles was es verspricht und alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Überdachung der Terrasse war bei den beiden Monsunartigen Regentagen unsere Rettung. Wirklich super gemacht.

Ich kenne das Haus von früher,und bin enttäuscht.Es ist von einem hellen gemütlichen Haus in eine Dunkelkammer verkommen. Das beste vom Haus ist noch die Terrasse.Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe,ich und meine Frau hatten große Probleme aus den Bett zu kommen.Das Haus in diesen zustand nie wieder.

Das Ferienhaus und auch die Umgebung sind eigentlich sehr schön. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts in sehr naher Nachbarschaft viel gebaut, also war es sehr laut ( Morgens und Abends ). Die überdachte Terrasse hat aber entschädigt, die ist ein Traum und war unser Lieblingsplatz. Und dafür das die Endreinigung durch den Service von Sonne&Strand durchgeführt wurde, waren wir von der "Sauberkeit" bei Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Für uns als Urlauber aus Deutschland sind die 140 € für die Endreinigung es nicht wert. Macht es lieber selber, das spart viel Geld. Es wurde nach langem Hin und Her aber eine Lösung gefunden.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse, die wie ein Draußen Wohnzimmer ist und das war ein großer Pluspunkt im Urlaub. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft sehr dreckig und es hat einen starken Geruch, nach altem Kaminrauch. Der Besitzer war mit seinem Hund dort und es war alles voller Hundehaare, es ist also nicht für Allergiker geeignet. Man sieht aber auch, dass Stück für Stück erneuert wird und dass die Besitzer ihr Haus lieben. Nachdem wir sauber gemacht haben (dafür wurde und die Endreinigung erlassen) und uns an den Geruch gewöhnt hatten, war dieses Haus ein guter Ort zum Urlaub machen.
