Studio 1 room with with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower/WC. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only. 851-621083

House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1970. 300 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2, indoor pool. Terrace (45 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das Haus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sauber war es auch nicht. Kot Reste auf der Klobrille und der Boden sehr dreckig. Schade. Die Technik funktioniert nicht richtig. Betten alt und fertig.

Leider entsprachen einige Dinge nicht der Hausbeschreibung. Das Haus ist definitiv nur für max. 6 Personen nutzbar, einen Hometrainer und ein DVD Gerät sind nicht vorhanden, der abgebildete amerikanische Kühlschrank auch nicht mehr. Der Staubsauger war randvoll und der Whirlpool heizte nicht. Dennoch sind die technischen Geräte guter Standart.Das Haus steht zum Verkauf, was man auch bei dem Mobilar merkt. Das Servicebüro war freundlich und bemüht aufgezeigte Mängel abzustellen. Es war unser 9. Poolhaus und leider nicht das Beste. Trotzdem entschädigen eine tolle Umgebung und die Nähe zum Meer. Den Fischladen und den Bäcker muss man unbedingt bersuchen, der kleine Supermarkt hat alles was man braucht.

Das Büro sollte wenigstens den Weg zum Haus erklären können. Der Grill ist unerhört schlecht verdreckt.Die Info was im Haus sein Sollte bez.cd Player oder dvdsollte man mal richtig stellen und der Pool ist auch mit23 Grad zu kalt.

Dejlig ferie. Huset er ok men har flere hængepartier i form af stikkontakt, som hænger ud af væggen. Dele af fryser, som ikke virker, køkkenskuffe, som føles som om den er ved at falde af, når den åbnes, knapper på spabad slidt af (hul), køkkenstole slidt med huller i læderet. Dejlig pool og sauna. Fair pris ift ovenstående. Hvis ovenstående ikke betyder noget, er det et fint hus. Ligger naturskønt.
