Single-family house, built in 2006. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 854 m2. Terrace (57 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. Golf course 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Das schönste Haus, das wir bislang in Dänemark gebucht hatten!!!! Wirklich sehr, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns "sauwohl" gefühlt. Es hat einfach an Nichts gefehlt !!! Besonders gepflegt und auch sauber, das große Bad mit der Sauna. Das Smart TV hat Prime vorinstalliert und sogar Netflix war vom Start nutzbar ohne weitere Anmeldung, dann kurze Zeit später aber nicht mehr. Vielleicht könnte für die Gäste ein weiteres Abo (auf dieses Haus) eingerichtet werden, das wäre ziemlich klasse. Dieses Haus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Als Hinweis an die Verwaltung: die Terassentür lässt sich etwas schwer schließen; vielleicht könnte hier nachgebessert werden (kein gravierender Umstand).

Das Haus ist unfassbar schön und gemütlich eingerichtet mit liebe zum Detail. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sauna und Whirlpool sind auch top. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist sehr gepflegt. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Service von Haus und Strand war einwandfrei. Immer wieder gerne

Fin hytte, godt utstyrt, godt rengjort og ryddig. Vi er en familie på fem og satte pris på to bad, raskt internett, deilig usjenert solrik uteplass som er delvis overbygd, stort spisebord og sofagruppe med gode sitteplasser til alle. Man hører veien men ikke mer enn vindsuset i trærne. Ca 900m å gå til stranden. I hagen er det en bekk med dyp kant, så her må småbarn passes nøye på, også litt upraktisk for ballspill... Men alt i alt en super hytte som vi kommer til å booke igjen om vi får sjansen.
