Single-family house, built in 1969. 600 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'250 m2, garden (fenced). Barbecue (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km. Golf course 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wir fanden das Ferienhaus und das eingezäunte Grundstück sehr schön. Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Hündin dort, die sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Zum Strand läuft man etwa 10 Minuten, man muss nur eine mäßig befahrene Straße überqueren und der Rest des Weges führt dann durch die wirklich schöne Ferienhaus-Siedlung, sehr idyllisch. Der Strand war traumhaft! Hunde dürfen auch mitgenommen werden, allerdings nur an der Leine. Es waren kaum Menschen dort (Mitte August) was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, da wir einen ruhigen Urlaub haben wollten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Haus liegt in einer günstigen Entfernung zum Strand. Die Küche ist sehr schön. Der Geschirrspüler extrem leise. Es fehlt an ein paar kleinen wichtigen Dingen, z. B. vernünftigiger Weinflaschen Öffner (habe einen besorgt, der ist aber auch nicht viel besser) Zitronen Presse, Teekanne (ich habe jetzt eine da gelassen mit Stövchen) Die Matratzen sind nichts für "ältere" Menschen (Kuhlen). Auch im Aussen Bereich fehlt es an bequemen Sitz /Liege Möglichkeiten. Aus den Holzbohlen auf der Terrasse vor dem Eingang, guckten die Nägel weit raus. Ich habe mir meine Füße verletzt. Dann hab ich einen Stein gesucht und so gut es ging alle Nägel eingeschlagen. Die Wiese um das Haus war nach dem Sturm voller Äste und Äpfel, man konnte nicht mehr gut barfuß laufen und leider habe ich kein Gerät gefunden es aufzuharken. Die wunderbare Natur von Nordytland hat den Urlaub sehr verzaubert. Auch die Ausstellung in Dronninglund war großartig und unsere Ausflüge nach Læsø und SKAGEN unvergesslich. Nur leider die Erholung im Haus fehlte.

Vi har haft en udemærket ferie, men jeg kan ikke, med min bedste vilje andefale huset til andre, der er bare for mange fejl og en i den grad mangel på rengøren, derfor er prisen heller ikke ok.
