Single-family house, built in 1969. 300 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'050 m2. Terrace (45 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 300 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, auch wenn genau nebenan ein Campingplatz ist, fühlten wir uns nicht gestört. Es war sehr ruhig. Wir haben eher vom Schwimmbad des Campingplatzes profitiert. Die Außenanlagen des Hauses sind toll, zu jeder Tageszeit die passende Terrasse. Auf dem Gelände sind Rehe, Hasen und Frösche ( ganz kleine) zu Gast, schön wieder etwas Natur zu erleben. Zum Meer ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang und nicht weit, man hört es auf der Terrasse rauschen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet es ist alles da was man braucht. Es war alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Einzelbetten sind schmal aber für Kinder ok. Wir waren zu dritt dort und hatten dadurch genügend Platz. Das einzelne Büro war für unsere Tochter besonders schön.

Es hat uns super gefallen. Sehr schön waren die Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus, besonders die rustikalen Bänke der überdachten Terrasse. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und am Strand war trotz der Hochsaison sehr viel Platz.
