Single-family house, built in 1960. 300 m from the sea. Private: property 750 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (50 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Frederikshavn

Small town with 23'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 65 km north-east from Ålborg. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park The Reef 500 m, Kids' club Fun House 4 km, Farm Fun Ålbæk 20 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 1.5 km from the resort. Sports harbour. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Der Blick von der Terrasse des Ferienhauses ist einfach toll!!! Die Nähe zur Autobahn ist deutlich hörbar, trotzdem nicht sehr störend.

Fantastisk udsigt fra huset og haven. Sofaen og stolen trænger til en udskiftning i stuen. Huset er meget velegnet til 2 personer. Vi har familie i Frederikshavn og får besøg af børn og børnebørn til spisning, dette rummer huset fint.

Udsigten fra huset/grunden er fantastisk, uanset hvor du befinder dig, inde som ude. En lise for sjælen, når du kikker ud over vandet, alt i alt har det været en god og afslappende ferie. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Die Umgebung hat bei uns 5 Punkte bekommen , da die Lage nach vorne zum Meer 10 Punkte verdient hätte … leider lag direkt hinter uns die Autobahn , was recht nervig war . Ansonsten prima Gegend !!! Der Urlaub war klasse !
