Single-family house, built in 2006. 1.2 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 370 m2. Terrace (20 m2). In the house: sauna, washing machine. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 1 km. Golf course 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

En dejlig ferie med et skønt sommerhus i et fantastisk område lige ned til søen samt tæt på Marienlyst strand, kan helt klart anbefales også med en lille velkomst hilsen fra ejeren. Helt klart besøget værd.

Ein wirklich schön gestaltetes Ferienhaus mit Holz innen und aussen, leider gibt es einige Schwachstellen: Der Wassertank ist zu klein, so dass der Whirlpool nicht mit einem Mal befüllt werden kann, es dauert beinahe eine Stunde bis sich alles wieder erwärmt hat, der Ofen in der Sauna heizt zu langsam oder reicht nicht für die Grösse des Raums, die Betten sind durchgelegen. Zudem sind wir am Samstag angekommen, hatten kein Internet bis Montag morgen, weil der Router ausgefallen war, für das Wochenende gab es keinen Notdienst, also unbedingt an eine gute Auslandsflat denken.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren Familien mit besonderen Kindern wie jedes Jahr 2 mal für 4 Wochen. Eine Sache gibt es aber trotzdem, die Betten im hinteren Schlafzimmer müßten dringend ersetzt werden, total durchgelegen. Währe schön wenn es bis zu unserem nächsten Aufenthalt vom 13. Mai bis zum 10. Juni 2023 ersetzt worden ist.

Dejlig beliggenhed ud til søen. Rigtig fint hus med fine bade/toiletforhold. Køkken alrum også fint og funktionelt.

Vi havde en god ferie, huset ligger i et stille og roligt område. Men det virkede ikke som om, at huset var gjort rent for udlejning. Der hang store og tykke spindelvæv i loft og hjørner. Max. Malling Allergiker.
