Single-family house, built in 1978. 850 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 1'041 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. Golf course 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und war auch alles drin was man so brauchte vor allem die Küche sehr schön uns sauber die Außenanlagen könnte ein bisschen gepflegter sein aber ansonsten top . Es ist auch eine sehr ruhige Gegend Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt wir kommen schon seid 20 Jahren nach Marielyst

Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt, die Einrichtung ist schön und das Grundstück ansprechend. Da das Haus keinen Kaminofen hat ist es ist es eher für den Sommer geeignet. Regnerische, kühle Tage Ende September können dann schnell ungemütlich werden.

Wir verbringen seit vielen Jahren unseren gesamten Urlaub in Dänemark, das Haus zählt zu den wenigen, die wir als Reinfall erlebt haben. Das Haus ist klein, das ist ok, aber es hatte wohl einen Wasserschaden und riecht muffig und ist feucht. Tolle Terrasse mit Loungeecke, aber die Auflagen waren so dreckig, dass man sich nicht draufsetzen wollte. Klimaanlage hat eher die Funktion eines Ventilators. Hat bei der Hitze nicht geholfen. Auflage im Bett könnte auch Mal wieder gewaschen werden. Etwas gutes hatte es, es war ruhig und abgeschieden und man konnte toll den Sternenhimmel beobachten. Vogelnaturschutzgebiet in der Nähe! Das Haus wirkt an vielen Stellen abgewohnt, obwohl der Vermieter versucht hat es mit Dekoration gemütlich zu machen- wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. ABER Mein Vater hat in der Nähe bei einem anderen Anbieter ein doppelt so großes Haus inklusive Endreinigung für den gleichen Preis gehabt. Preis- Leistung definitiv nicht angemessen. Der technische Service hat schnell und kompetent funktioniert. Sie konnten leider nur bedingt helfen. Marielyst war bei der waren Wetterperiode der richtige Ort.
