Single-family house, built in 1985. 600 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'293 m2, garden (fenced). Barbecue, children's playground (swing), parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 570 m. Golf course 1.4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Das Ferienhaus an sich ist modern eingerichtet, das Grundstück ist wirklich groß und abgezäunt. Die Umgebung ist wirklich toll, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand, Bäcker oder Restaurants. Leider fanden wir einige Sachen im Ferienhaus nicht ganz so toll, z.B. waren die Möbel draußen ziemlich abgenutzt. Außerdem waren nicht alle Möbel wie auf den Bildern vorhanden. Die Lounge auf der Terrasse war gar nicht vorhanden. Schade! In den Betten haben wir nicht gut geschlafen, alles ein wenig eng. Zu Gute halten muss man die tolle Ausstattung in der Küche, es ist alles da was benötigt wird. Auch der große Esstisch ist wirklich toll und mit der Dekoration wurde sich Mühe gegeben. Zu zweit war das Sofa ebenfalls super, ob wirklich 6 oder mehr Leute genug Platz haben, bezweifle ich. Die Lage hat Überzeugt, das Ferienhaus zu dem Preis nicht ganz.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Familienurlaub mit Hund. Das Ferienhaus, die schöne Terrasse und das eingezäunte Grundstück waren perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Die Lage ist gut, man konnte den Strand, den Bäcker und einen Einkaufsladen gut fußläufig erreichen.
