Single-family house, built in 1993. 900 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'006 m2, indoor pool (4 x 4 m, 1'8.8 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm). Barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 2.1 km. Golf course 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

I de kolde måneder: Vær obs. på at spa'en nok skal være tændt en del længere tid end vejledningen siger før I kan tage første tur i den, og sæt varmepumpen til 24 grader, for ikke at have behov for elradiator.

Wir waren fünf Erwachsene, drei Kinder und unser Hund und hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte Zeit in Marielyst. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Zwar sehr hellhörig aber ich denke das ist bei der Bauart normal. Die Bäder könnten zwar renoviert werden aber ansonsten war alles super! Der Swimmingpool und Whirlpool waren auch toll. Wobei der Whirlpool zwischendurch etwas unangenehm roch. Auch der Vorraum hat etwas nach Chemie gestunken. Aber wir haben einen Raumduft gekauft und dann ging es. Das Haus ist wirklich großzügig mit Materialien ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorrätig. Das Ausengelände war auch sehr großzügig. Wir haben Federball und Fußball spielen können. Das Haus ist wirklich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und kommt super zur Ruhe! Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, es war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man braucht, gute Betten, allerdings würde ich das Haus im Winter nicht mehr mieten, das es entweder schlecht oder gar nicht isoliert ist, die Wände waren sehr kalt. Aber im Sommer ein Haus, das man empfehlen kann.
