Single-family house, built in 1966. 400 m from the sea. Private: property 1'003 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (50 m2). In the house: trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 700 m. Golf course 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Væggerløse

Small bathing resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 9 km south-west from Nykøbing, 140 km south-east from København. In Marielyst 2 - 5 km: supermarket, butchery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 9 km, doctor 9 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 9 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 20 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole 5 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Das Ferienhaus bietet eine gute Raumaufteilung mit jeweils zwei Schlafplätzen in den Schlafzimmern, was für Familien oder Gruppen angenehm ist. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Badezimmer ist leider sehr alt und dunkel; es gibt offen verlegte Rohre an der Wand und einen Abflussschlauch der Waschmaschine, der quer durch das sehr kleine Badezimmer verläuft. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls dunkel und hat kein eigenes Licht. Der Garten enthält veraltete S

Jeg synes ikke pris står helt i stil med husets standard. Litt mye mugg og urinlukt, nedslitt skitten dusj og vonde senger i forhold til pris. Men, om man fikser disse problemene så er det et svært koselig hus.

Wer Ruhe braucht und die Natur erleben will, ist hier goldrichtig. Zum Beispiel beobachteten wir Feldhase im Klee, Rehe mit Kieze. Der Rasen hatte Zeit zum Wachsen und wurde in den 3 Wochen von Mähern verschont. Disko u.a. sind entfernt aber das Meer einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Das Haus ist Innen gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist vor- handen, jedenfalls für uns als älteres Ehepaar.Das Grundstück ist eingefriedet von edlen Bäumen. Wir fahren dann ein 3. Mal hin!

Vi havde en rigtig hyggelig uge. Huset ligger godt, ca. 500 m til vandet, 1.000 meter til Marielyst Torv, Kjørups Kro, Golf & Fun, Golf. Huset er et ældre hus, som mangler vedligeholdelse. Rengøringen ved ankomst var ikke OK.

Dejligt børnevenligt hus med skøn stor have og legetøj i huset samt køjeseng. Komplet køkken, hvor der intet manglede. Huset er dog en smule gammelt og slidt og rengøringen var desværre ikke helt i top.
