Single-family house, built in 1995. 700 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 1'500 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (50 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Das Haus hat stark an Sauberkeit & Hygiene verloren sowie viele Mängel( Lampen ohne Funtion, offene elektrische Anschlüsse)

En dejlig ferie i et meget roligt område. Huset var dog temmelig nusset ved ankomst og man manglede virkelig nogle liggestole udendørs.

Det er et dejligt område. Men der står alt for mange unødige ting i huset, fyldte hylder, malerbøtter, gryder mm på værelserne. Gulvet knirker meget i køkkenet, lamperne over spisebord i udestuen er defekte og blinker en del. Der var møj beskidt da vi ankom, støvet over alt -hundehår på gulv og i møbler. Det fik vi talt med sol og strand om, og fik lavet en deal.

Huset var egentlig ok til prisen men rengøringen var under al kritik. Gulvet i køkken / stue knirker helt vildt det var meget træls. Toilet brættet sad ikke fast, noget man burde have tjekket. Ellers dejligt område.

1. This property is an old, neglected dump. The owner has not put money into any improvements or updates. The place is cluttered with old worn out upholstered furniture that I wouldn’t even sit on, the carpet is stained likely from pets, the floor is uneven and creaky. Some of the windows don’t latch closed properly and the front door latch is broken. 2. The bedrooms are so small there isn’t even room for a suitcase. The blankets provided are old, unmatched and not clean. One of the mattress pads is even stamped with Ringstead Sygehus so it is a cast-off from a hospital!! The bed situation is disgusting especially in Covid times. 3. There are about 20 artificial flower arrangements, every shelf is cluttered with personal accumulation. It looks like a flea market. There are two rusted out pots of fake plants that greet you on the front porch. There is a broken clothes line and junk in the corners of the back deck. There is no garden, nothing tended outdoors — it is definitely an embarrassment in the neighborhood. 4. The bathroom is small and old. It has a shower that has linoleum on the walls and has a jet vacuum toilet that flushes louder and more viciously than a toilet on an aircraft. 5. There are NO documents in the house that explain how to work the TV or any of the appliances. There is NO internet. 6. Any points I give for service are because of the efforts Sol og Strand made to provide us with clean blankets and pillows and to send a serviceman to try to latch the windows and door. They were helpful. 7. Do not rent this property. The owner greedily accepts the rent without improving the quality of their place. The lighting is hanging haphazardly from the ceiling, the Venetian blinds are broken and sagging, the bedrooms are uninhabitable, every thing is makeshift and old. There is a musty smell that seeps into your bedding and clothes. The furniture needs to be loaded on to a truck and taken to the dump along with the pile of old stuffed animals and cobwebbed couch cushions. If you have rented this place, cancel before it’s too late.

Lille hyggeligt sommerhus med dejlige udendørs områder. Ca 800 m til en udemærket badestrand. Rigtig godt til afslapning og badeferie. Minusser: gulvet knirker voldsomt og soveværelserne er meget små. Der er langt til seværdigheder.
