Single-family house, built in 1967. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Terrace (30 m2), children's playground (swing), parking at the house. Grocery 1 km. Golf course 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

Lolland, Falster and Mon make up an interesting corner of Denmark with the exceptional and scenic nature as well as the beach life on the beautiful, white and sandy beaches. The bathing water is especially suitable for children because of the low content of salt and the level salt meadows. On Falster you'll find the wonderful 20-km-long beach of Marielyst and the impressive forest Corselitze skovene with plenty of historic passage graves and cairns. Boto Nor is a preserved bird sanctuary and an important breeding place for migratory birds. The high chalk cliff 'Mons Klint' on Mon is one of the most famous and frequented natural areas in Denmark. Mon has an abundance of cultural monuments, e.g. the best-preserved ramparts of Scandinavia. Lolland offers an extremely comprehensive coastal landscape with salt meadows, shallow water, fresh reed swamps and a network of paths. The winding roads lead through small, idyllic villages and pass lovely beechwoods, beautiful castles and manor houses.

Wir hatten einen schönen Fahrradurlaub zu zweit. Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem schönen großen Naturgrundstück. Der Strand ist wirklich nah. Ab und zu schauten Wildkaninchen, Igel und ein Rike mit ihren Kitzen vorbei. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, doch gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt zwar 4 Schlafzimmer in unterschiedlicher Größe, aber der Warmwasserboiler in der Dusche ist nur für 2 - 3 Personen ausgelegt, je nach Duschlänge. Die Duschkabine ist neu, jedoch etwas eng. Die anderen Sanitäreinrichtungen sind dem Alter des Hauses entsprechend.

vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie med gode venner Huset var ok der var hvad der skulle være MEN det er ikke til 8 pers + 60 sengene er simpelt hen alt for smalle der er heller ikke plads til alle rundt om bordet hverken udenfor eller inde Vi havde en rigtig varm uge og undrer os over at der ikke er skridsikkert gulv i badeværelset det er forbundet med meget risiko at gå i bad gulvet er bare så glat og hvis man ikke passer meget på så er der vand på gulvet

Et dejligt sommerhus med rigtig gode senge og plads, samt en god stor grund. Der var cromecast til rådighed i sommerhuset, så vi havde ikke behøvet at tage vores Apple-tv med. Vi vil klart leje dette sommerhus igen. Skønt område.
