Single-family house, built in 2005. Private: property 1'100 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (60 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Vinderup

Cosy resort with 3'100 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 5 km from the sea, 15 km east from Struer, 20 km north-east from Holstebro, 115 km south-west from Ålborg. In the resort: supermarket, bakery, boutiques, bank. Wellness centre at 15 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 15 - 20 km. Sights Hjerl Hede Open-air museum 7 km, Geddal Strandenge 11 km, Spøttrup Castle 24 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Handbjerg strand. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Surfing, canoeing. Golf course 18 hole in Holstebro 34 km. Minigolf 15 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. At the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture. Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einem gut gepflegten und ausgestatteten Haus. Eine kleine Einschränkung gibt es für das manchmal schwächelnde WLAN im Terrassenbereich.

Das Haus hat eine Restauration...

Das Haus hat eine Restauration dringend nötig. Es war einmal schön gestaltet, aber es ist nicht mehr aktuell. Es gibt bestimmt Menschen, die es so lieben. Wir finden aber, wenn eine Outdoorküche angepriesen wird,sollte auch der Abfluss (lag verpackt unter dem Waschbecken)und das Wasser entsprechend funktionieren. Nur ein Beispiel… Wir haben die Endreinigung bezahlt…auch da hätte ich ein entsprechend geputztes Haus bei Einzug erwartet.

Super fint hus, mye finere i virkeligheten enn på bildene. Så vi ble veldig positivt overrasket. Kjempe fint usjenert uteområdet, våres barn elsket den store "sandkassen" altså volleyballbanen. Er lite rundt omkring her så om man liker stille og rolige omgivelser er dette er fantastisk sted. Eneste minuset for vår del var at vi hadde mange dager med ekstremt mye vind som gjorde at man måtte dra litt innenlands for å ikke blåse bort. Ellers er huset romslig, vi var to familier som bodde der sammen og opplevde at det var mer enn nok plass. Også har huset en utrolig lun og hjemmekoselig atmosfære. Kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet videre.

Området er den friske, rå, ves...

Området er den friske, rå, vestjyske natur. Uden en masse turist tingel-tangel. Dejligt hus med en skøn udsigt fra stue, køkken, 2 soveværelser og hems. Vandet ses også fra terrassen og haven er dejlig lukket og med mange fine lækroge. Beach volley banen og hængekøjerne til de voksne og de unge, samt gyngestativet og trækvognen til de mindste gør at der er noget for alle. En kort gåtur til strand med badebro er også dejlig. Kun 4 af de 10 sovepladser er velegnet til voksne, men der er 3 gode sovepladser til børn og resten er folde-ud-madrasser. Det er det eneste minus. Alt i alt et super duper sommerhus.
