Single-family house, built in 1977. Private: property 2'800 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (60 m2), parking at the house. Grocery 4 km.

Location Description Roslev

Cosy resort with 1'300 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 6 km from the sea, 18 km north from Skive, 18 km south-east from Nykøbing Mors, 85 km south-west from Ålborg. In the resort: supermarket. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre at 7 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 18 km. Sights Oyster Bar / Glyngøre Shellfish 12 km, Helledie Glassblowing 17 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Harre Vig strand 6 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 6 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Harre Vig 6 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. At the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture. Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie, to voksne og to teenagere. Huset er meget charmerende og totalt gennemført i stilen. Lækker stor have med mange hyggekroge og køkkenhave vi måtte bruge af. Var dog meget lydt og lidt småt til os. Hoveddøren gabte, så det var koldt om natten.

Det var et hyggeligt hus, med meget personlig atmosfære, lå i et stille område, og havde mange hyggelige kroge i haven til eftertænksomhed. Dejligt at blive modtaget med en frisk buket blomster fra haven.
