House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1977. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2. Terrace (100 m2), children's playground, parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Højslev

Small village with 210 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 4 km from the sea, 10 km north-east from Skive, 42 km south-east from Nykøbing Mors, 84 km south-west from Ålborg. In the resort: grocery. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 10 km. Besides: pharmacy 10 km, doctor 10 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 km. Sights Spøttrup Castle 27 km, Hjerl Hede Open-air museum 29 km, Wellness park Kurbad Limfjord Struer 45 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Lundø strand 8 km. Sandy beach, 10 m long, up to 20 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 8 m from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Skive 13 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. At the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture. Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.

Älteres klassisches dänisches Ferienhaus mit einfacher aber vollständiger Ausstattung in einem erschlossenen Ferienhausgebiet. Aufgrund des Alters riecht es ein wenig, für mich kein Problem, wer eine sehr empfindliche Nase hat, sollte ein anderes, jüngeres Haus in der Gegend suchen. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren oder Wandern am Ort und im näheren Umfeld. Hinweis für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern, eine sehr steile Treppe führt auf das Obergeschoss!

Til prisen er det et fint sommerhus. Det ligger desværre lidt langt væk fra by og indkøbsmuligheder, og så er den ene seng vanvittig hård, hvilket gjorde at vi var nødt til at sove på husets sofa. Udover seng og langt til indkøb, så er det et fint hus, som har det man skal bruge. 👍 kvarteret det ligger i, er meget roligt og husets størrelse er fint, hvis man er 4-5 mennesker sammen. Stor have som ungerne kunne boltre sig på og et fint fjernsyn, når energiniveauet var lavt sidst på dagen faldt også i god jord.

Har haft dejlig ferie i huset. Egner sig dog ikke til 4 voksne pga smalle senge. Havde vi haft børn med,var vi blevet slemt skuffede. Før anvendelse af gyngestativ skal brændestabel flyttes og større havearbejde,inden brug af bålplads.
