Single-family house, built in 1988. Private: natural state property 5'623 m2. Terrace (50 m2). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Aabybro

Small town with 6'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in the countryside, 17 km north-west from Ålborg, 70 km north-east from Thisted, 70 km south-west from Frederikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, butchery, bakery, post office, bank. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 17 km. Sights The Troll Museum Gjøl 15 km, Fjerritslev Brewery and Regional Museum 30 km, Aggersborg Viking Ring Fortress 37 km, Wellness park Himmerland Resort Gatten 52 km, Kids' club Fårup Sommerland 17 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Blokhus Strand 18 km. Sandy beach, 10 km long, up to 100 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 18 km from the resort. Concrete beach, 15 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 4 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. At the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture. Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.

Wir haben schöne 16 Tage im Haus verbracht. Wunderbarer Blick auf den Fjord. Die Betten waren ungewohnt. Die Einrichtung war gut.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Gjøl. Das Ferienhaus ist gut und komplett eingerichtet. Bei Ankunft war alles perfekt vorbereitet und sauber. Die Lage fast direkt am Limfjord ist sehr, sehr ruhig. Zum nächsten Sandstrand ist es allerdings ca. 30 Minuten. Wer die Ruhe mag ist, bei diesem Haus richtig. Service haben wir nicht benötigt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Ausblick auf den Fjord/Fluss wunderbar. Sehr ruhig gelegen (was wir wollten), man kann zu Fuß am Wasser nach Gjol gehen oder mit dem Rad fahren. Nordsee und Aalborg in 30 min. Für uns war es perfekt!

Toll und umfangreich ausgestattet!! Das Haus wird gepflegt und wir waren begeistert! Die Küche war wirklich voll ausgestattet. Alles hat funktioniert! Gartenmöbel, Sonnenschirm, Grill, Zubehör, man hat nicht gemerkt, dass es ein Vermietungsobjekt ist. Tolle Aussicht, Fjord ist aber eher nicht zum Baden geeignet. Für uns war es genau richtig.

Wir haben uns in dem angenehm möblierten und sehr ordentlichen Haus super wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf den Fjord war ein Traum. Durch den Wind kamen allerdings oft Algengerüche hergeweht, aber so ist das in der Natur... Wunderschön war auch der Hafen in Gjol mit dem Kunstcafé, welches jeden Tag offen war, den Konzerten oder einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen.

Smukt smukt område med udsigt til vandet , perfekt for voksne naturelskere, dog skal man vide hvis man har børn at man ikke kan komme ned og gå i strandkanten, her ligger et tykt ildelugtende lag af gammelt tang man ikke kan gå over. Men de dejligste stande langs vestkysten er 30 min væk.

Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man benötigt. Leider steht der Fernseher im Essbereich, so dass ein gemütliches zusammensitzen bei einem Film nicht möglich ist. Toll ist, dass eine Klimaanlage nachgerüstet worden ist. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen, da würde sich ein zweites Badezimmer empfehlen. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein. Leider ist der kinderfreundliche Badestrand nicht zu empfehlen, da überall am Fjord sehr viel Seegras lag. Es war unmöglich dort zu baden.
