House, built in 1965. 120 m from the sea. Private: property 1'891 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (45 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

As soon as you leave the motorway, you immediately sense the atmosphere and the idyll that characterise Funen. With more than 120 castles, manor houses and almost 90 islands, Funen is something quite unique that you will not experience anywhere else. Funen is called 'the garden of Denmark'. Neat gardens, parks and a number of nurseries together with the small cosy village environments characterize the magnificent landscape. Plenty of water, kilometres of beaches, hill sides, dunes, archipelago and marinas are at your disposal here. Inland you can enjoy the green recreational areas, woods, streams, grave mounds, long barrows, manor landscapes and beautiful village churches. All over Funen you will come across the many farm shops and road stalls, where everything from homegrown strawberries to artware and pottery are sold.

Nydelig beliggenhet. Hus hadde insekter i et skap. Ikke helt uavhengig hus, men tilknyttet annen aktivitet. Område er flott, ok terrasser.

Wer die Ruhe sucht und die Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub braucht.

Das Haus ist einmalig gelegen. Morgens beim Frühstück (dem Rauchen) auf der Terasse den Blick aufs Meer geniessen und den Rehen / Fasanen auf dem Nachbarfeld beim Grasen zuschauen. Schöner kann ein Tag kaum beginnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine ruhige Nacht benötigt. Das Bad ist sehr groß und ausreichend. Die zusätzliche Küche (Wir haben Sie Fischküche genannt) bietet für alle Angelutensilien genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch der Fischgeruch des Ausnehmens/Filetieren läßt sich somit etwas aus dem Wohnbereich raus halten. Es fehlt einem kaum etwas, bis auf einen Handfeger, Topfdeckel und was wir als wichtig empfanden eine Unterstellmöglichkeit auf der Terasse. Bei schlechtem Wetter steht man ungeschützt im Regen. Etwas schwierig zu finden war der Eingang, da es drei nach aussen gehende Türen gibt. Terasse, Vordereingang, Seiteneingang. Dazwischen noch ein Fremdeingang (2 Schlüsselkästen) und weiterer Fisch-Ausnehmplatz mit Räucherofen. Den hinteren Eingang mit separatem Schlüsselfach haben wir erst nach einigem Suchen gefunden. Alles in Allem ein wundervolles Haus in einmaliger Lage welches den Urlaub geniessen läßt. PS Die Endreinigung sollte bei derartigem Preis wirklich weit aus besser sein. Hundehaare, Ungeziefer
