Single-family house, built in 2009. 70 m from the sea. Private: property 850 m2, well-kept garden. Outdoor shower, terrace (100 m2). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

As soon as you leave the motorway, you immediately sense the atmosphere and the idyll that characterise Funen. With more than 120 castles, manor houses and almost 90 islands, Funen is something quite unique that you will not experience anywhere else. Funen is called 'the garden of Denmark'. Neat gardens, parks and a number of nurseries together with the small cosy village environments characterize the magnificent landscape. Plenty of water, kilometres of beaches, hill sides, dunes, archipelago and marinas are at your disposal here. Inland you can enjoy the green recreational areas, woods, streams, grave mounds, long barrows, manor landscapes and beautiful village churches. All over Funen you will come across the many farm shops and road stalls, where everything from homegrown strawberries to artware and pottery are sold.

Sehr nettes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Gegend und mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Es hat uns auch diesmal an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus. Lage, Zustand, Ausstattung: alles einwandfrei. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe sind ein wenig begrenzt aber insgesamt ausreichend.

Wir haben einen erholsamen und super entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Die Terrassen laden zum verweilen ein und das Meer ist super nah dran. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und der Gasgrill ermöglicht spontane und leckere Möglichkeiten. Sehr schneller und netter Kontakt zum Vermietbüros und dann mit dem Vermieter, so konnte ein Problem entspannt gelöst und der Urlaub weiter genossen werden. Herzlichen Dank!

Pärchenurlaub. Tolle Lage sehr dicht am Strand. Modernes Haus mit viel Lichteinfall durch große Bodentiefe Fenster. Bequeme Liegen fehlen dafür aber jede Menge Sitzmöglichkeiten. Außendusche ist ein Traum.

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer zumeist von Dänen bewohnten Ferienhaus-Siedlung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Erwähnenswert ist, dass an dem Haus unmittelbar eine weitere Wohneinheit anschließt. Wir hatten zumindest in unserer ersten Nacht eine lautstarke Party (und leider uneinsichtige Gäste) nebenan, wobei der Lärm aufgrund der gekoppelten Bauweise regelrecht spürbar war. Da die Gäste am nächsten Tag aber auszogen, war es damit dann auch erledigt. Ansonsten hatten wir in dem Ferienhaus eine erholsame Zeit und kommen gern wieder.

Ein schönes und relativ neues Haus (aber als Doppelhaushälfte). Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, alles da und funktionsfähig. Der Strand ist nah und das Meer ist zu sehen, nur ca. 50m an Weg. Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Vi havde en dejlig uge i dette fantastiske hus. Huset er utroligt godt udstyret med indbo og porcelæn af høj kvalitet. Første gang gennem mange års leje af sommerhus, at der var en gasgrill til rådighed. FANTASTISK. En super oplevelse. Udsigten fra huset er endnu bedre end beskrevet i annoncen!

Ein wirklich toller Urlaub! Als Paar hatten wir richtig viel Platz, draußen wie drinnen. Nicht nur, dass das Haus super ausgestattet war, es ist sehr sauber und hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen. Die Küche war üppig bestückt mit Geschirr, Besteck und sonstigen Utensilien. Am meisten haben wir den Gasgrill benutzt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Die Außendusche ist etwas besonderes! Wir waren sehr glücklich und zufrieden!
