Single-family house, built in 1960. 100 m from the sea. Private: property 1'722 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (70 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: table football, trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

As soon as you leave the motorway, you immediately sense the atmosphere and the idyll that characterise Funen. With more than 120 castles, manor houses and almost 90 islands, Funen is something quite unique that you will not experience anywhere else. Funen is called 'the garden of Denmark'. Neat gardens, parks and a number of nurseries together with the small cosy village environments characterize the magnificent landscape. Plenty of water, kilometres of beaches, hill sides, dunes, archipelago and marinas are at your disposal here. Inland you can enjoy the green recreational areas, woods, streams, grave mounds, long barrows, manor landscapes and beautiful village churches. All over Funen you will come across the many farm shops and road stalls, where everything from homegrown strawberries to artware and pottery are sold.

Das Haus verfügt über eine schöne Küche, ein tolles Bad und einen gemütlichen Wohn-/Essbereich. Vom Aktivitätsraum hatten wir uns etwas mehr versprochen. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein.

Wir waren mit 3 Familien mit Kids dort. Es ist ein schönes und sauberes Haus. Direkt hinterm Haus ist das Meer , was richtig toll war. Für die Kids sind draußen und drin viele Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten beim Laden oder Apotheke, Tankstelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Gebrauch im Haus braucht.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Es war alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sogar die Kinder hatten mehr als genug zum Spielen. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne mal wieder. Vielen Dank. Die Gegend und der Strand sind einfach nur traumhaft.

Super Ferienhaus, toll ausgestattet, sehr Kinderfreundlich, sehr nah am Strand. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!!

Die Lage des Hauses war wirklich gut zum Strand. Die Beiden Badezimmer müssen jedoch dringend renoviert werden! Zwei Stühle am Esstisch waren nicht mehr ganz ok. Wir haben trotzdem eine schöne Woche über Silvester hier verbracht.

Thank you for your feedback. Bathrooms are functional and updated with cost effective toilets etc. But I had already a plan to renovate the big bathroom, and am doing it this in 2022. This has caused 3 bookings had to be rescheduled. Big bathroom is undertaking a full renovation, and will expand with a shower space. Pictures will be uploadet as soon as possible. Hope this will be a pleasant surprise for my guests who have already booked their holiday. Concerning chairs, they have all been replaced due to covid they where delayed. Ein tolles Haus für 2 Familien. Wohnzimmer, Küche und einige Schlafzimmer sind schon erneuert und sehr gut. Die Bäder hätten mal eine Renovierung nötig, sind aber vollkommen ok. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Haus, z.B. Tischtennis. Alles da für einen schönen Urlaub.
