Single-family house, built in 1961. 450 m from the sea. Private: property 595 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (45 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. Golf course 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

As soon as you leave the motorway, you immediately sense the atmosphere and the idyll that characterise Funen. With more than 120 castles, manor houses and almost 90 islands, Funen is something quite unique that you will not experience anywhere else. Funen is called 'the garden of Denmark'. Neat gardens, parks and a number of nurseries together with the small cosy village environments characterize the magnificent landscape. Plenty of water, kilometres of beaches, hill sides, dunes, archipelago and marinas are at your disposal here. Inland you can enjoy the green recreational areas, woods, streams, grave mounds, long barrows, manor landscapes and beautiful village churches. All over Funen you will come across the many farm shops and road stalls, where everything from homegrown strawberries to artware and pottery are sold.

Das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung waren schön, leider war das Haus bei der Übernahme nicht sehr sorgfältig gereinigt(Bad nicht sauber).Die Bilder im Internet sind nicht aktuell,auf der Wiese die zu sehen ist wird jetzt ein neues Ferienhaus gebaut,Baulärm.

Die Bilder geben nur annähernd die wunderbare Aussicht und die Ruhe rund ums Haus wider. Das Haus war gemütlich, sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Raumaufteilung. Es fehlte etwas Platz für Kleidung bei einem längerem Aufenthalt; das mindert aber nicht die gute Bewertung.

Für eine Familie mit Kindern ein ganz tolles Haus! Wenn das Aktivitaetscenter in Dyreborg im nächsten Jahr fertig ist, gewinnt der Ort deutlich an Qualität dazu.
