Single-family house, built in 1971. 300 m from the sea. Private: property 1'300 m2, well-kept garden, parking at the house. Grocery 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

As soon as you leave the motorway, you immediately sense the atmosphere and the idyll that characterise Funen. With more than 120 castles, manor houses and almost 90 islands, Funen is something quite unique that you will not experience anywhere else. Funen is called 'the garden of Denmark'. Neat gardens, parks and a number of nurseries together with the small cosy village environments characterize the magnificent landscape. Plenty of water, kilometres of beaches, hill sides, dunes, archipelago and marinas are at your disposal here. Inland you can enjoy the green recreational areas, woods, streams, grave mounds, long barrows, manor landscapes and beautiful village churches. All over Funen you will come across the many farm shops and road stalls, where everything from homegrown strawberries to artware and pottery are sold.

Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Schön wären Insektenschutznetze und eine Verdunkelung des Schlafraumes. Das Grundstück liegt sehr offen. Hier dürfte eine Eingrünung zur Straße gerne angelegt werden. Wunderbarer Meerblick von der Terrasse.

En fantastisk fin uge i sommerhuset. Huset fungerer som forventet, og den store terrasse var for os et stort aktiv. Vi søgte ro og fik ro, da der ikke var mange gæster i denne periode.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub in einem hübschen Haus mit großer Veranda, Garten und Meerblick. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Platz zum toben am Haus oder zum Planschen und Baden am Strand. Für Einkäufe ist man auf das Auto angewiesen.

Bemærk at huset ligger et stykke fra bl.a. indkøbsmuligheder men til gengæld så også i et meget roligt område (og med flot udsigt).
