Single-family house, built in 1968. 200 m from the sea. Private: property 984 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (15 m2), children's playground (swing), parking at the house. Grocery 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

As soon as you leave the motorway, you immediately sense the atmosphere and the idyll that characterise Funen. With more than 120 castles, manor houses and almost 90 islands, Funen is something quite unique that you will not experience anywhere else. Funen is called 'the garden of Denmark'. Neat gardens, parks and a number of nurseries together with the small cosy village environments characterize the magnificent landscape. Plenty of water, kilometres of beaches, hill sides, dunes, archipelago and marinas are at your disposal here. Inland you can enjoy the green recreational areas, woods, streams, grave mounds, long barrows, manor landscapes and beautiful village churches. All over Funen you will come across the many farm shops and road stalls, where everything from homegrown strawberries to artware and pottery are sold.

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Haus und müssen leider sagen, das es sehr abgewohnt ist. Es müsste dringend Einiges erneuert werden.Schade drum, denn die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön

Herliche Umgebung, kurzer Weg zum Wasser. Badestege vorhanden. Gute bademöglichkeiten. Haus gut ausgestattet. Sofa Ecke für 8Personen zu klein. Fehlen leider Liegestühle für den Garten.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern und Enkeln (6 Erw.+3 Kinder) einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist ausreichend Platz im Haus und in der Außenanlage, ausreichend Geschirr usw. ist vorhanden. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Ausreichend Sandspielzeug für Kleinkinder ist auf der einenTerasse vorhanden. Die Entfernung zur Ostsee ist etwa 150m, dann geht eine steile Treppe zum Stand runter. Aber alles super. Der Strand ist steinig, aber etwa 20m von der Treppe enternt ist eine kleine Sandbucht. Sehr schön. Wir hatten diese Sandbucht die ganze Woche für uns alleine. Dort war auch im Wasser Sand. Für Kinder ideal. Die Bäder sind einfach eingerichtet. Es sind zu wenig Ablageflächen und Haken für 9 Personen. Das ist der einzigste Mangel. Vielleicht kann man es für die nächsten Urlauber nachrüsten. Danke Familie Paech aus Schwerin

Dejlig have, masser af plads, og skønt med stranden lige i nærheden. Et godt hus til 2 familier og med kort afsted i bil til indkøb
