Single-family house, built in 1971. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Terrace (15 m2), barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ørsted

Small resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 7 km from the sea, in the countryside, 25 km north-east from Randers, 43 km north-west from Grenaa, 53 km north-east from Århus. In the resort: grocery, bakery. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 25 km. Besides: pharmacy 12 km, doctor 200 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 25 km. Sights Nature Park Randers 25 km, Kattegatt Center Grenaa 45 km, Museum Østjylland Grenaa 45 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 30 km, Zoo Randers Regnskov Tropical Zoo 25 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland Nimtofte 25 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Store Sjørup Strand 7 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole in Randers Fjord Golf Club 15 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Wij Frank en Hetty uit Apeldoorn vonden het een mooi en gezellig huis mooie plek dicht bij het water er rustig en midden in de natuur grote tuin en terras Huis was schoon en netjes Hadden wat folders achtergelaten voor de uitstapjes Het is een natuurgebied met ook veel vogelsoorten De supermarkt zit als dichtbijzijnde in Orsted wel rekenen 5 km van het huisje Fijne vakantie gehad

Sommerhuset er som beskrevet i billeder og tekst. Dejligt, lille sommehus. Veludstyret, praktisk, ordentligt, der er mange fine detaljer og tingene er gennemtænkt. Dejlig ramme om en ferie. Vi nød vores ophold rigtig meget og kan kun anbefale stedet. Tak for gode dage. Hyggeligt med en velkomst hilsen fra ejerne.

Es war alles so, wie wir es uns vorher vorgestellt haben! Das Haus ist - wie auf den Fotos auch gut zu erkennen - nicht mehr das Jüngste, wird aber liebevoll in Schuss gehalten und mit moderner Ausstattung (Herd, TV, Badezimmereinrichtung) vollkommen ausreichend für einen Urlaub attraktiv hergerichtet. Es sind die kleinen Details, die sehr positiv auffallen: Die Terrasse ist so ausgerichtet, dass man fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann und ist gleichzeitig blickgeschützt, der Garten ist wunderschön groß und damit perfekt für Spiele. Man muss sich aber eben vor dem Urlaub im Klaren sein, was man überhaupt von den Tagen möchte. Die Umgebung bietet nicht viele bis gar keine Attraktionen. Es ist zwar möglich, am - wirklich super nahen - Ufer ins Wasser zu gehen und lange im Flachen zu spazieren (auch perfekt für SUP), aber es gibt dort keinen Strand o.ä., sondern lediglich Sitzbänke. Es befinden sich wunderschöne Wege direkt am Ufer entlang in beide Richtungen: mit festem Schuhwerk und der gewissen Vorsicht, damit man die dort ansässigen Tiere nicht stört, ist eine Wanderung hier sehr schön. Wir wollten einen entspannten Urlaub ohne große Ausflüge oder Attraktionen und den haben wir hier bekommen - es war super schön!

Prospekte/Flyer/Leaflets mit Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und sonstige Aktivitäten sollten im Haus vorhanden sein. Leider gibt es im Haus gar nichts informatives zur Gegend und Freizeitgestaltung.
