Location Description Ørsted

Small resort with 1'400 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 7 km from the sea, in the countryside, 25 km north-east from Randers, 43 km north-west from Grenaa, 53 km north-east from Århus. In the resort: grocery, bakery. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 25 km. Besides: pharmacy 12 km, doctor 200 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 25 km. Sights Nature Park Randers 25 km, Kattegatt Center Grenaa 45 km, Museum Østjylland Grenaa 45 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 30 km, Zoo Randers Regnskov Tropical Zoo 25 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland Nimtofte 25 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Store Sjørup Strand 7 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Golf course 18 hole in Randers Fjord Golf Club 15 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Det var ren hyggeferie, med benene oppe foran brændeovn. God mad og drikke og lidt gæster ind imellem. Gåturen ned til vandet, en tur til bønnerup strand og inde i fiskebutikken (det kan anbefales, masser af lækkerier) en tur til Randers storcenter og slentre lidt og ind på en cafe og få et koldt glas hvidvin med natchos til. Helt igennem hyggeligt og afslappende.

Super søde mennesker der har sommerhus. I de 7 dage vi har været der, har vi sovet virkelig dårlig da sengene er gammel og slidte og derfor syntes jeg ikke prisen skulle være så høj. Ellers var det en dejlig tur og skønne omgivelser

Das Haus war super. Es war sehr ordentlich und man hatte nichts bezüglich der Hygiene oder Sauberkeit zu bemängeln. Das ‚Meer‘ glich leider einem Tümpel und ich habe noch nie gehört oder gesehen das man an der Ostsee Ebbe und Flut hat, das war jedoch leider der Fall. Sand gab es am Meer nicht außer bei Ebbe und wir waren gezwungen etwas weitere Wege in Kauf zu nehmen um die Kinder Glücklich zu machen, allerdings liegt das natürlich nicht am Vermieter und insgesamt waren wir bis auf den ‚Strand‘ sehr zufrieden.

Et helt igennem fantastisk hus, pinligt rent og med friske blomsterbuketter. Det ligger centralt til mange oplevelser, Djurs sommerland, Kattegatcentret og Randers regnskov. Hvis man vil køre lidt længere, er der mange muligheder for oplevelser, F.eks Skagen, Thorupstrand og bunkermuseet i Hanstholm.
