Single-family house, built in 1971. 550 m from the sea. Private: property 4'200 m2, well-kept garden. Terrace (50 m2), barbecue. In the house: table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 2.7 km. Golf course 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Knebel

Small resort with 650 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 17 km east from Ebeltoft, 50 km north-east from Århus, 50 km south-west from Grenaa. In the resort: grocery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 17 km. Besides: pharmacy 17 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 17 km. National park Mols Bjerge 4 km, Sights Molslaboratoriet Natural History Museum 9 km, Glasmuseet Ebeltoft 19 km, Kattegatcenter Grenaa 45 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 34 km, Zoo Ree Safari Park 30 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland 30 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Begtrup Strand 5 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Kalø Golf Club 18 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Das Haus ist riesig und das Grundstück klasse - wir können es nur weiterempfehlen! Das Internet funktioniert hervorragend, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Diverse Supermärkte sind schnell zu erreichen. Leider waren nicht alle Kamine nutzbar ("Do not use"-Schild in einem der Kamine). Das war schade, denn wir hatten vorher extra nachgefragt. Fazit: Ein tolles Haus, das wir jederzeit erneut buchen würden!

Das Anwesen und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, herrliche Ruhe und Natur pur! Bei der Ausstattung des Ferienhauses haben wir nichts vermisst. Die einzige Enttäuschung war, dass der Kamin nicht benutzt werden durfte. Er war schon mit ein Auswahlkriterium für die Wahl dieses Ferienhauses :-(

Wir hatten gerade einen Schornsteinfeger, der uns eine Sanierung des Schornsteins für den Kamin empfohlen hat. Deshalb haben wir geschrieben, dass der Ofen nicht benutzt werden sollte. Für die Reparatur des Schornsteins wurde Hilfe angefordert.

Auf jeden Fall den Sletterhage Fyr besichtigen und in Mols Bjerge wandern oder Rad fahren. Herrliche Gegend.

Der var dårligt internet. Får at få den sidste stjerne, skulle der være et toilet mere. Men alt i alt en skøn ferie.

Hej Jannik. Tak for din tilbagemelding. Dejligt at I havde en skøn ferie i huset. Mht toilet - ja det ville være optimalt med to toiletter når man er mange i huset. Mht internet: Vi underer os over at du skriver at det er dårligt. Vi har bredbånd og en extenter i stuen. Kan du huske om I koblede på "Aircuben" (extenderen)? Vi vil meget gerne have jeres feed back på dette, så vi kan sikre en god netdækning i huset. Dbh Udlejer.
