Single-family house, built in 1973. 900 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: property 1'252 m2, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (32 m2), barbecue, children's playground. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Knebel

Small resort with 650 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 17 km east from Ebeltoft, 50 km north-east from Århus, 50 km south-west from Grenaa. In the resort: grocery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 17 km. Besides: pharmacy 17 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 17 km. National park Mols Bjerge 4 km, Sights Molslaboratoriet Natural History Museum 9 km, Glasmuseet Ebeltoft 19 km, Kattegatcenter Grenaa 45 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 34 km, Zoo Ree Safari Park 30 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland 30 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Begtrup Strand 5 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Kalø Golf Club 18 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Een heerlijk vakantiehuis! Op ... Simone K.

Een heerlijk vakantiehuis! Op een rustige plek, aan de rand van een kleinschalig huisjespark. Mooi uitzicht. Aan alle kanten terrassen, dus je kunt altijd een plek vinden in de zon of in de schaduw. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een grote tuin en de zee op loopafstand.

Man skal være opmærksom på der...

Man skal være opmærksom på der ingen fryser er, og så mangler der stole på terrassen. Det er et 6 Per. hus men der er to stole på terrassen:(

Besked fra husejer: Der er tilgang til et skur, hvor der står yderligere 4 stole. Og læser man om huset, så er man informeret om at der ingen fryser er. Et lækkert sommerhus med en skøn beliggende. Huset ligger med udsigt til åbne marker fra køkken og spisestue - skønt at vågne op til om morgenen. Stor og velplejet have og store træterrasser. Tæt til dejlig strand og mole med et hyggeligt ishus/ restaurant. Vi havde en skøn ferie i dette dejlige sommerhus 😊
