Single-family house, built in 1988. 600 m from the sea. Private: property 2'900 m2, well-kept garden. Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Grenaa

Historical, picturesque town with 14'300 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, on a river (Grenaaen), 60 km east from Randers, 63 km north-east from Århus. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Museum Østjylland 1 km, Kattegatcenter 3 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 23 km, Zoo Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Wildlife Park 25 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland Nimtofte 24 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 8 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Sports harbour Grenaa Marina in 3 km. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 6 km, 27 more golf courses within a radius from 23 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, 23 km mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Vi havde en super dejlig uge i... Bodil B.

Vi havde en super dejlig uge i sommerhuset, i forbindelse med vores barnebarn blev student i Grenå den 20.6.23. Ikke mindst pga af den super dejlige terrasse, hvoraf en del er overdækket, så super fin om aftenen. Der er alt det service og køkkenudstyr, man kan have brug for, og alt er som nyt. Og rigtig find og nyt møblement både ude og inde. Det eneste men, syntes vi er, at der ikke er nogle garderobe skabe. Vil blok sige, huset bedste er egent til Max 4 personer, og så kan man bruge det mindste værelset til garderobe opbevaring.

Vi fjernede alle skabe i værelserne i forbindelse med renovering i 2022 for at skabe mere luft i værelserne. I stedet blev der sat en stor kommode i master bedroom og bøjleknægte med bøjer i alle værelser. Vi vil sandsynligvis inden udlejningssæsonen 2024 lave et aflåset redskabsskur, hvor lejerne vil få adgang og kan sætte deres kufferter m.m., hvilket også vil give mere plads i huset.
