Single-family house, built in 1996. 1 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'800 m2. Terrace (40 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Grenaa

Historical, picturesque town with 14'300 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, on a river (Grenaaen), 60 km east from Randers, 63 km north-east from Århus. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Museum Østjylland 1 km, Kattegatcenter 3 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 23 km, Zoo Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Wildlife Park 25 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland Nimtofte 24 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 8 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Sports harbour Grenaa Marina in 3 km. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 6 km, 27 more golf courses within a radius from 23 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, 23 km mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Vi havde en rigtig god ferie-uge i dette dejlige sommerhus....Mormor,morfar,mor,bror,datter og søn...Huset er pænt stort med god plads til alle - både inde og ude...Masser af terrasser og kæmpestor grund...Der er masser af køkkenudstyr - som i virkelig meget :)...Masser af legetøj til børn i alle aldre....Der manglede absolut ingenting....

Overskueligt og hyggeligt hus med alt hvad man behøver for at få en god ferie. Dejlig stor grund med aktiviteter til børn. Fantastisk natur og kort afstand til mange gode udflugtsmål.

Ein ruhig gelegenes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in dem eigentlich nichts fehlte. Fährt man zu einer kälteren Jahreszeit, fehlt ein Kaminbesteck. Sonst war aber alles tiptop. Wenn man etwas abseits der großen Ferienhaussiedlungen wohnen möchte, kann ich das nur empfehlen. Toller Schlüsselservice per Safe am Haus.

Fint lille sommerhus med et godt legeværelse, rutsjebane og gynge udenfor. Huset trænger til en ordentlig hovedrengøring, men ellers et hyggeligt hus tæt på heste og skov.

Fantastisk hus med god beliggenhed og god stor grund. perfekt til børnefamilien. Er det skovtur eller strandtur er det bare at gå af sted. Forlystelsespark og andre attraktioner indenfor kort afstand. Kan klart anbefales.
