Single-family house, built in 1969. 300 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2. Terrace (30 m2), barbecue, children's playground. In the house: trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Grenaa

Historical, picturesque town with 14'300 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, on a river (Grenaaen), 60 km east from Randers, 63 km north-east from Århus. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Museum Østjylland 1 km, Kattegatcenter 3 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 23 km, Zoo Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Wildlife Park 25 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland Nimtofte 24 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 8 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Sports harbour Grenaa Marina in 3 km. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 6 km, 27 more golf courses within a radius from 23 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, 23 km mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in een mooi en heel compleet ingericht vakantiehuis. Veel leuke dingen te doen in de omgeving en de natuur is prachtig! Er was één nadeel, een week was te kort. Een eventuele volgende keer gaan we voor 2 weken!

Vi havde en god weekend, sengene var rigtige gode og køkkenet var vel udstyret alt i alt var vi godt tilfreds. Henrik og Gitte Grenaa

Feriehuset er ualmindelig dejl...

Feriehuset er ualmindelig dejligt, godt indrettet, fint udstyret og meget rent 👍 Eneste anke er at det iøvrigt dejlige areal udendøre stod i knæhøjt græs, så det ikke kunne bruges bl.a. til de spil vi havde tænkt os. Først fredag morgen kom der først på formiddagen en mand og slog græs og brugte græstrimmer på hele arealet. Småsten føg omkring os, ind gennem terrassedøren og biler måtte flyttes i al hast. Hvorfor dette ikke kan ske lørdag, når der ikke er gæster forstår vi ikke, når vi alligevel ikke kunne nå at få glæde af grunden mere end een dag.

Dejligt sommerhus.. Har aldrig før oplevet at køkkenet var så veludstyret, i et udlejningshus.. Dejlig tæt på stranden, og fine gåture i området.. Det eneste vi manglede var en større legeplads i nærheden, vi fandt kun en på havnen i Bønnerup.
