Single-family house, built in 2019. 400 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 550 m2. Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 900 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Glesborg

Small resort with 600 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region 7 km from the sea, in the countryside, 16 km north-east from Grenaa, 50 km east from Randers, 60 km north-east from Århus. In the resort: supermarket. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 16 km. Besides: pharmacy 16 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 16 km. Sights Museum Østjylland Grenaa 16 km, Kattegatcenter Grenaa 19 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 13 km, Zoo Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Wildlife Park 24 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland Nimtofte 14 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Bønnerup Strand 4 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Sports harbour Bønnerup Strand in 7 km. Canoeing. Golf course 27 hole in Nimtofte 13 km. Minigolf 7 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Wunderschön! Bereits als wir angereist sind und das Haus von außen gesehen haben, waren wir begeistert. Das Haus mit seinem umgebenden Garten / Terrasse wirkt direkt einladend. Wenn man dann das Haus betritt, fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause. Es ist einfach gemütlich, alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen!

Jederzeit wieder! Sonne und Strand hat uns an einem Sonntag den Urlaub gerettet. Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus bei einem anderen namenhaften Vermittler Dancen..r gebucht und wurden ordentlich beschissen und wir haben uns nach einem bewohnbaren Alternative umschauenmüssen! Sonne und Strand hat uns an einem Sonntag nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer dieses wunderschöne Haus vermittelt und so unseren Urlaub gerettet! Bei der Ausstattung bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Da der Eigentümer das Haus gelegentlich selbst mit nutzt, ist es in einem Top Zustand. Das Haus ist für 4 Leute gut nutzbar. Familie mit 2 Kindern 3+7

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem traumhaft schönen Haus. Im Haus ist es sehr hell, auch dank Dachfenstern. Alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war immer gemütlich warm. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Sehr schönes modernes Ferienhaus an der Ostsee, leider nur ein Schlafzimmer uns Hems. Fjellerup Strand bietet sehr gute bademögkichkeiten mit flach abfallendem Strand ins Wasser, gute Alternative zu Nordjütland. Hat uns für einen Sommerurlaub sehr gefallen.

Sommerhuset er så hyggeligt og personligt. Det er nemt at køle huset ned, når det er varmt, pga ovenlys-vinduerne. Der er mørkelægningsgardiner i soveværelset. Din afstand med cykel til byen, ishuset og stranden.
