Single-family house, built in 1984. 700 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'400 m2, garden (fenced). Terrace (75 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. E-charging station. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Glesborg

Small resort with 600 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region 7 km from the sea, in the countryside, 16 km north-east from Grenaa, 50 km east from Randers, 60 km north-east from Århus. In the resort: supermarket. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 16 km. Besides: pharmacy 16 km, doctor 500 m. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 16 km. Sights Museum Østjylland Grenaa 16 km, Kattegatcenter Grenaa 19 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 13 km, Zoo Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Wildlife Park 24 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland Nimtofte 14 km.

Summer

All watersports available in Bønnerup Strand 4 km. Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 7 km from the resort. Sports harbour Bønnerup Strand in 7 km. Canoeing. Golf course 27 hole in Nimtofte 13 km. Minigolf 7 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Trods “dansk sommervejr” havde vi en god ferie - så de fine terrasser fik vi ikke så meget brug for. Dejligt område med mange aktivitetsmuligheder.

Wir waren gute 2 Wochen in dem komplett ausgestatteten, auf einem großen Grundstück, liegenden Haus,in absolut ruhiger Lage. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man einfach mal abschalten will. Ansonsten gibt es in der Umgebung genügend Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte zu sehen.Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen, auch die sehr gute, und dezente Betreuung von Sol og Strand. Vielen Dank!

Vi har haft en fin ferie med børn og børnebørn. Fin indretning af huset. Godt for os med et anneks med bad, som fungerede rigtig godt til en lille familie med to små børn, som står tidligt op. Dejlig have med flere muligheder for at følge sol/skygge. Dog lidt upraktisk med gammel fryser i garagen. Fremstår som lidt gammelt men rimeligt velholdt. 10 min. til dejlig børnevenlig strand.

et virkeligt fint hus til prisen , men der var dog et par mangler ,der er tre bordbænk sæt som dog mangler vedligehold . der er anlagt en grolf bane men det er ikke lige til at spille på den da græsset var temmelig højt ,(det reklamerede vi over men der blev ikke gjort noget ved problemet )

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub, die Gegend lädt zum wandern ein. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber das kann man sich leider nicht aussuchen, aber es gibt in der Gegend auch dafür Ausflugsziele.

Das Haus hat einen tollen Garten und ist sehr gut ausgestattet für Hobbyköche. Den Wohnraum heizt ein sehr guter Pelletofen. Im Herbst ist es etwas frisch in den Schlafzimmern, eher ein Sommerhaus. Es gibt genug Platz um sich auch mal auszuweichen. Die Bäder sind etwas oldschool und könnten mal erneuert werden.
