Single-family house, built in 1969. 200 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 680 m2. Barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Summer

Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Wir haben das Haus mit unseren drei Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche gebucht. Der erste Eindruck von dem Grundstück war schon sehr ungepflegt und alles zugewachsen. Der Eindruck hat sich leider im Haus fortgesetzt. Schimmel im Bad, die Matratzen uralt und voll mit Urinflecken und Blut oder ähnlichem. Am schlimmsten waren die drei Betten für die Kinder. Alles ind der Küche hat geklebt. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Dann würde zu guter Letzt der Zählerstand vom Strom fast doppelt so angegeben. Immer Fotos machen und sofort beim Anbieter melden.

Hej Natalie Jeg er ked af at høre at du ikke har været tilfreds med huset og omgivelserne, men glad for at du gjorde opmærksom på at noget ikke var som det skulle være.  Madrasserne er nu skiftet ud med 3 helt nye springmadrasser og der er rettet henvendelse til rengøringen, som har lovet at gøre deres arbejde bedre i fremtiden.  Huset ligger på en naturgrund, og derfor kan jeg ikke tilbyde en nyslået græsplæne hen over sommeren. Wir haben für eine Woche gebucht und sind am Folgetag nach Ankunft direkt wieder abgereist. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, ein beißender Geruch von Schimmel in der Luft und in den Matratzen. Betten und Matratzen waren kaputt. Das Grundstück war total verwildert und lange Zeit nicht mehr gepflegt worden. Klamotten in Schränke räumen unmöglich, weil die Schränke für private Gegenstände genutzt wurden. Einzig die Lage war sehr . Ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen. An der Kommunikation mit Sonne und Strand war nichts auszusetzen. Sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend in der Problembehandlung und Rückerstattung. Die Mitarbeiter sind 24/7 telefonisch und per Email zu erreichen und antworten innerhalb weniger Minuten.
