Single-family house, built in 1995. 600 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2, indoor pool (3 x 5 m, 1'7.5 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm). Terrace (40 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 900 m.

Location Description Ebeltoft

Small, idyllic town with 7'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, west facing position, 30 km east from Århus, 30 km south from Grenaa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Glasmuseet Ebeltoft, Zoo Ree Safari Park 15 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 4 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole. Minigolf. Riding 14 km. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhau...

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus! Sehr nett und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlt nichts. Wir waren im Februar mit drei (kleinen) Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zwar nicht neu, aber es ist alles in bester Ordnung und gepflegt. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Es war alles unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Uns hat es sehr beruhigt, dass Sonne und Strand das Büro direkt vor Ort hatte.

Havde en dejlig ferie med familien. Skøn beliggenhed, med masser af fred og ro. Poolområdet var til stor fornøjelse for vores 2 børn. Eneste minus er at der manglede et par solstole.

Vi havde et skønt ophold og kan varmt anbefale sommerhuset. Det eneste vi ville ønske er, at svømmeområdet kunne låses, vi var der med vores tre-årige søn og det ville have givet mere ro i maven.

Vi var ret kede af at få besked om (mens vi var ved at pakke bilen) at huset ikke var ledigt alligevel, da der var kommet nye ejere. Og de nye ejere havde set forkert i bookingkalenderen... og var igang med at renovere. Vi har haft booket i et år, og betalt i et år, da vi ikke kom afsted i 2020 pga corona. Sol og Strand var også kede af det, og gjorde alt for at finde et andet hus, men vi skulle til Ebeltoft, og kunne ikke bruge et hus i Juelsminde eller Nimtofte. Vi endte med at overnatte en nat på Ibsens gård i Ebeltoft, og fik så nøglerne til det bookede hus næste eftermiddag. Ejerne havde skyndt sig med den renovering de var i gang med. Huset var noget nedslidt, men skal nok blive godt når renoveringen er gennemført. Vi får halvdelen af det indbetalte beløb retur, hvilket vi synes er en OK kompensation, men det var unægtelig en træls start på en længe tiltrængt ferie.

Dejligt sommerhus med rigtig god beliggenhed, tæt på Mols Bjerge, strand og Ebeltoft by mv. Vi besøgte huset i julen og nød poolen, gåture i området og brændeovnen samt den smukke udsigt fra husets stue. Vi var 6 personer og huset var en perfekt størrelse til os. Gode værelser og stort fællesrum. Vi kommer gerne igen 😊
